Tony Lendrum holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours), Sydney University and lives in Sydney, Australia where he bases his company. Tony has over 25 years experience in a wide range of technical, business development, sales, marketing and manufacturing roles. Tony Lendrum is the principal of Strategic Partnering Pty Ltd, a management consulting firm he founded in 1994 to work specifically with organisations interested in pursuing the benefits of strategic partnering and alliance relationships and high performance relationship management. Strategic Partnering offers specialist services that include workshop facilitation, seminars and a wide range of consulting and coaching activities. He is the author of The Strategic Partnering Handbook and more recently, The Strategic Partnering Pocketbook. The success of both publications has positioned him as a recognised authority in his field. Both publications provide the reader with a clear and detailed knowledge base for relationship development and improvement implementation. In April 2006 Tony further refined his intellectual property to create 0 to 10RM®, providing a framework and powerful set of organisational business tools and models around high performance relationship management. Identifying strategies and value propositions to engage the right people on the right journey for relationship management and improvement creates the foundation for the 0 to 10RM model. To facilitate the mobilisation of the 0 to 10RM tools and models Tony has developed the 0 to 10 Relationship Management Elite Trainer Facilitator P2 Program. This program is designed to produce certified and licensed 0 to 10RM trainer/facilitators. The Signature Program is a foundation course in 0 to 10RM. Skills delivered in both programs enable organisations to make high performance relationship management a core competency. |
